Great for fish allergies
What I have read about fish oil is that if you buy the wrong one, you literally burp fish. How gross! This one is a great alternative! Easy to swallow - no taste or smell.

They go down smooth and I am so glad there is a vegan fish oil option but man they are beyond overpriced. I’d rather get a bottle of 180 fish oil capsules for $10 haha

No fishy aftertaste later
Doctor recommended increased Omega 3. All the substances tried so far left a bad aftertaste (would cause gas and burping). This is the first type tried that has not given gas/burping of fishy aftertaste.

This supplement is going to show more future benefits, possibly for some immediate benefits .
I have no problems with the Source Natural om3 supplement. It suppose to be good for the heart. And at my age all the help I need is great. So for the foreseeable future my expectations are confortable with this made vegan product.
