We have had difficulty with some glassware turning cloudy over time. Do these glasses have that problem. Are they warranteed for that issue?

I had that issue with other glasses that I made the mistake of always washing them in the dishwasher. I tried all of the DIY ways of removing the cloudiness no luck. Best to wash by hand is my suggestion to avoid the cloudiness from happening in any good glassware

I just noticed that one of the glasses I bought a week ago was delivered with chips broken out of rim. How do I get a replacement?

I had the same issue. One of my glasses Wes broken. I contacted the seller through Amazon and the sent me a new set within a week

Can you store it in the freezer or refrigerator before using the glass?

I gave these as a gift (which, BTW, they loved). Since they are made of glass, I can't imagine why you could not refrigerate or freeze them. However, this is a guess since I don't own them.

Are the glasses supposed to have a pink hue? The pair I got, especially at the bass, have the color of a rosé wine.

I purchased two sets. I really like them. I checked in order to respond to the question. I see no pink hue in any of mine. The manufacturer sent me an email thanking me for the purchase. I would contact them. There should not be any type of color hue as far as I know.

Satisfying heavy and solid feel

These lowball glasses are excellent. They are carefully crafted, have a pleasing weighty feel in the hand and are cleverly shipped so that breakage is extremely unlikely. The missing fifth star is simply because water pools in the concave depression in the base after they are run through the dishwasher.

Great looking glasses and great service!

The media could not be loaded. These glasses are great! Good looking, heavy, and hold a good sized drink. Perfect for those craft ice cocktails or those heavy, three-finger bourbon pours. My shipment arrived promptly and packed well, but there was a minor imperfection on the bottom of one of the glasses (two hairline cracks and some bubbling). I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded and let me know that they would be sending a replacement. Less than three days later, I had my replacement glass in hand and they’re beautiful! Excellent quality and customer service. Would buy again! Video in my review shows the very minor issue with one of the glasses, but don't let this scare you off! Very good value for the price point!
