I bought this Hisense 4K 43 inch TV to replace my ageing Sharp 720p 32 inch TV and run it mostly from a Denon 1912 1080p AVR Receiver. Whilst i still use my 1080p Projector for films - i use this as for watching television and as computer monitor.Thus far i haven't been able make too much use of the 4K picture - i do have a 4K Blu Ray Recorder but its run via the 1080 receiver - but its worth having for the future. But still in 1080p the picture is stunning.So, I am delighted with the results, the picture is big and crystal clear and whilst i run the sound from an AV amp via an optical cable, the inbuilt DTS speakers are certainly no slouch.Installation was straight forward, the only tricky task was fitting the feet and ensuring that my AV amp handled the sound from the AV receiver and not the TV. A slight complaint is that the cable inputs on the TV are on the left hand side (from the front) rather than the right so i have had a buy some longer cables.There are plenty of useful apps such as YouTube, Amazon Prime and Netflix - although I don't use the later.The only real issues are with some of inbuilt software such as the TV guide isn't as intuitive as other TVS or my Panasonic Blu Ray recorder which is more a nuisance than a problem.Overall this is great TV at a great price.

Over a year of use and can't complain.4K HDR, although HDR films on Netflix can appear much darker than if HDR is turned off for some reason, colours are nicer but less vibrant than expected. Maybe a setting is wrong?All in all, feature rich, used with SKY and Fire Cube as input devices.Sound is nothing that will blow you away, not as good as the picture is so recommend you use a soundbar with it - various outputs seem to be supported optical etc.If you're looking for a nice sized screen, with main tv channel providers built in or with fire stick or sky plugged in, this is a great purchase for those on a tighter budget.Does everything with minimal fuss and easy to use

Fabulous TV once it was working. The remote control wouldn't pair with the TV. Initially, received a replacement remote, but it still didn't work.From day 1 it didn't work, had to get an engineer out twice, once to look at it and second to fix it, although my appointment had to be re-arranged due to me being mis-informed about them having all the parts, then I was promised a morning appointment and they had booked me in for the afternoon. When engineer arrived with the part (the PCB - the circuit board that make everything talk to each other) it was quickly fitted and the TV was up and running.This is a fantastic TV has loads of apps built in including Amazon Prime, Netflix which you can link your existing accounts. Picture quality and sound are awesome. You can also control the TV from your phone and links to Alexa.A must have for all you techies out there.

I bought this to replace a 10 yr old 40" Samsung . It is light, easy to set up and instal/reinstall DVD, hi-fi. sound bar etc. Picture quality is excellent. Sound is Ok but I prefer to use a sound bar for every day use and via my hi-fi system for concerts, music events and such anyway. The remote is clear and fairly straightforward to use although I do get "thick thumbed" with the OK button which is quite small. One gripe common to many TV's I looked at (though easily resolved with an HDMI switch) is that is has too few HDMI ports! Overall though I am delghted with it and pleased I got it.

Purchased this product in December 2021 and first impressions were great. Good picture quality, however I have forever been unable to activate the smart features despite numerous attempts to connect it to various devices. Recently this TV stopped displaying anything on the screen and is due to a suspected backlight failure. When investigating how to fix this issue I was amazed to find how many customers also seem to have had the same issue. On YouTube alone you will find lots of videos describing the same problem which speaks volumes about the quality of this product. Save your money and buy a better TV.

This tv is great for under £300 you couldn't want for more,It does everything those big brand tvs do but at a great price ,The TV isn't the lightest or the thinnest but one person can easily lift it without putting their backs out,The sound is very easy to adjust settings are very easy to follow my hearings not great and watching TV is more enjoyable now I can hear it nice and clear ,Picture is hard to get used to if you have lights on in the room you get a blue smug on the screen and a rainbow over it but it's only at certain angles of viewing, (could be my eyes lol 😆 over all great TV

I decided not to drop a star for the controls, as it may be just my sausage fingers hitting Netflix, YouTube or Rakutan?! when I pick up the controller, or the fidgety fingers of my 4yr old that insists on watching YouTube . That out of the way, pretty amazing TV, prices have really come down on the 4K tv line and they have stunning pictures but the controllability of the picture you want to see is great. for me 4K wasn't even that important but I love what it does. The sound was great for the TV as far as I can remember, but I have since added a sound bar and sub woofer and let me tell you - Its really good, I mean cinema good. I am a true movie addict and when I watch a movie I want it to watch in all it's beautiful detail - this TV has not let me down. I highly recommend it.
