Will not work on an 04. I took the risk because it says up to 03 but there is no difference that I have found from the 03-04 models with the BCU/Alarm or RF receiver. Just letting you know.

The remote portion works! I have a 2000 LR Disco II. It took my mechanic 15 minutes but it was a breeze. While the programing was fine, the actual key blade would not cut properly. Dimension of inner spine are slight larger on the model vs oem. That said, my ignition was Atlantic British replacement. Still, I doubt this key would work, just too thick. But let's be honest, you're buying this product for the circuitry. Blade is glued not screwed and glued if you are curious. Buy the product, and send it back of it doesn't work. Enough said.
