Appreciate that this comes in a 25 mg dosage as most vitamins give me headaches. No headache thus far nor does it upset my stomach. Bought this as zinc is supposedly good for immunity, but it's too early to tell. Will likely purchase again online as zinc is quite scarce in retail venues.

suffer from Hashimoto's Need zinc
I need more zinc -- common for people with thyroid issues. Not too much though; that's bad too. This dosage is perfect. Helps make wound healing faster and helps combat fatigue.

Good product for the price
My normal brand of zinc was sold out (unless I wanted 50mcg) and I thought that I would give Safrel Zinc Gluconate 25 mg a try. These seem to work just as well. I am very happy

Best level of zinc around
Ordered this to up my zinc level to keepe healthy. Most zinc pills are much higher in mg which is too much for the recommended dosage. I was glad to find these in a smaller mg.
