Swiss Gear ScanSmart Ballistic Top-Load for 17.3" Notebook (SWA0918)

This is such a great bag. I have had a few other ballistic bags, but this one beats them all hands down. It is Romy, it is sturdy, it looks great, feels great, and looks like it will last a long time. It retains its shape, it is not flimsy. Very satisfied with this purchase!

I was hoping for a good replacement for the Swiss Gear bag I've had for years. Quality bag, but too bulky for a carry on.

Am a big fan of swiss gear products - very durable, however, this particular bag does not have a large enough front pocket to handle computer power cords, etc... stuff that doesn't fit neatly in the other pockets.

This replaced a more compact version, which didn't fit all I needed to carry into it. In the Ballistic Top-Load model, I can fit my 17.3" gaming laptop, a Power Mac for Work, an iPad, lots of cables and chargers, etc. It's still stuffed pretty tight, but holding up well, with it's solid links and stitching. Love it!

Great bag, very good quality! A lot smaller in person, in the picture it looks big. I dont think it will fit most 17" laptops. I wish the top straps were just 1 handle instead of 2 straps since it gets in the way sometimes.

The most perfect bag I have ever used. I have had many over my years of sales work. I have NEVER regretted ordering this one instead of running to the nearest big box store. I am currently shopping for a carry on by Swiss Gear to go with it. Roomy and OUTSTANDING quality! The zippers are second to none. Useful and very practical!

My previous Swiss Gear bag lasted over 6 yrs. before the zippers broke,so I'm very satisfied with this an will buy another.

This was a Christmas present to replace my old leather briefcase. That was 20 years old, in 5/7 daily use,and almost had a hole in the bottom. I don't need to carry so much, have switched from a 17 to a 15" laptop, but I do like accessories like bent-nosed pliers and a sharp knife. In one divided compartment the divider does not go all the way to the bottom, so those two mentioned items can be in either. Other than that it works well, I still use legal files and they fit, it looks smart and is lighter and slightly smaller than the case it is replacing. I am happy enough with it.

Swissgear is well know with their quality product. This laptop bag is not different, excellent one for a 15.6 or below laptop, with multiple compartments. I wish if they added some kind of support at the bottom side to protected when the bag is left to the ground. The price is slightly higher but I recommend this producrt.Eskander

Exactly as described. This bag holds a lot. I travel with my MacBook, iPad, chargers and carry a water bottle, headphones and a jacket. It gets a bit heavy and I worry about the shoulder strap breaking under all the weight. Works better attached to my carryon suitcase. Wish it had the usual Swiss Gear detachable key fob. Passport pocket, credit card slots and a mesh pocket in the front compartment. Seems to be water resistant enough for a 20 min walk home in the rain. Suggested if you want a larger laptop carryon

All my cords and mice and tablet and laptop and files fit perfectly in this case. zippers and hooks on the shoulder strap are of good quality and easy to open if there is a need to remove the strap. the bag itself is made of quality material.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour ma pratique autonome, malheureusement, après seulement 4 mois d'utilisation le produit montre déjà des signes évidents d'usure. La couture de la ganse est défectueuse. Je suis déçue de la qualité de ce produit. Autrement, le sac a une allure très professionnelle.
