Works just as intended. Attracts flys as well as any other item i've used. I kept a previous hanging bait bucket and just used this powder to refill. It was easy to use, just pour and mix. Smells horrific but that's the magic. Bought two packs and would buy again

This worked amazing! After 2 weeks it filled out with flys. The SMELL WAS THE WORST SMELL TO EVER EXIST. I will not buy again because it made my yard have the most unimaginable stink there is. Catching a wiff from the wind could put you into a a full thrown vomit. Now it’s full and I need to dispose of, but I’ll suffocate of the smell in that process so not sure what to do about discarding without dying.

The mechanism that locks in place to hold the trap open is faulty, will not stay open, this also prevents the item from being hung up. I also found that it didn't work to mitigate the flies, but it could be because the trap door was faulty? Amazon is wanting me to return the item to be refunded which is disgusting because it is very stinky and gross.

We have chickens, ducks, and turkeys. So we have a lot of flies around. The traps themselves catch flies. But we believe the bait inside could be better. We have used similar products, with a different smelling bait, and within 48 Hours those traps will be "FULL"!! This trap in 5 days was not even 1/4 of the way full. The other ones we use, we buy from Tractor Supply. You can purchase the bait that we use also here on Amazon or from Tractor Supply. It is made by Star Bar, and is in the photo. The bait from Tractor Supply is made out of bone marrow, and smells like rotten meat. It really attracts the Flies! This bait, in our opinion, smells more like weak dog poop 🤮🤮, And just does NOT work as good as the other baits we buy from Tractor supply. If you have a small fly problem, these might work for you. If you have a huge fly problem, because you have livestock, or fowl like we do, I would not recommend the bait that this comes with.

OK, this fly trap attracts flies and kills them, a ton of them. But as long as you have it up and going there will continue to be flies because they are attracted to this fly trap. The flies will keep coming. The smell is hard to tolerate. We had it going for 5 days and a ton of flies were trapped and killed which is SUPER GREAT! The smell is really strong and offensive, even to the neighbors if they are close by. So it kills tons of flies and has a sickening smell. We have vultures in the area too and they could be attracted to the fly trap as well.

Truly shocked at how well this product works! I was having issues with flies especially around my garbage bins. After being out of town for a few days, I checked the fly catcher and couldn’t believe the number of flies in the container! The catcher draws their attention and keeps them far away from where I need to walk.

I placed it in an area where flys were a major problem for me. Two days later not a single fly has entered into the trap. On the fifth day it began working well. It now smells like rotting flesh and the flies are really being attracted. Good but smelly.

Product did not work for us or meet our expectations.
