Excellent Moulds
I love this product for making Canalès. I have never made them before but was really excited to turn out the finished and perfect patisseries so easily.The mould is a good weight and easily cleaned.I will be buying another so that I can make 12 at the same time

Nothing sticks to it, good results
The surface is amazing, nothing sticks to it, the caneles just fall out with little or no effort and it is a breeze to clean. It took a few attempts to work out the ideal shelf height and temperatures for my oven, and now that I have worked that out I get good results each time with an occasional blonde middle indentation. This is solidly made.

Great mould, weighty, sturdy, truly non-stick! The caneles just fell out! First ever attempt in the pic attached. They came out perfectly! Delicious! 10 out of 10 for this product

In this picture they are less brownish because I pulled them out from the oven a but earlier, but the pan works very well for my first canele!

A great baking tray. Well made. Ive used this twice now and have perfect Canele each time. A bit of a fiddle to clean but to be expected in view of the mould shape. Would recommend

Très bon moule à cannelés
La cuisson des cannelés est parfaite avec juste ce qu'il faut de caramélisation. Le prix est OK pour a qualité du moule. et c'est tellement fun et moins cher que de faire ses propres patisseries.

Perfect on the first attempt! Buy it!
The media could not be loaded. Omg! I went down a rabbit hole with these on YouTube one night…SO glad I did! From all the videos and reviews the pastry is made to be a challenging task. I found it to be, enjoyable and simple. As with all things cooking/baking the medium you use, cooking tools and the ability to control heat is the breaking point on all dishes. This pan takes the guess work out of the pan getting hot enough, and evenly distributing the heat. I am so in love! Chef made, literally understands what is needed to make your baking adventure a fun one! I used a 6 in 1 Ninja oven, and preheated it for an hour at 450, before baking the Canele for 10 minutes at this temperature, then dropping to 375 for an hour. I did use beeswax and butter to coat, and to add the floral note from the wax, I wouldn’t skip, but it is definitely not necessary with this pan. Amazing non stick coating. The build is so beautiful, and strong, I even enjoyed the unboxing! So in love with this pan, it literally created perfect results on my first attempt! I went ahead and bought the 4 pack individual steel cups too, I don’t personally feel a need to get the copper, unless you just want them. I might later, but for now, I appreciate the price break, and grade A results & quality for the price. Hope the videos help, ignore my backsplash, I am in the process of a kitchen renovation. Rempli parfaitement ça fonction. Inutile de graisser les alvéoles.le démoulage se fait aisément.

Perfekte Cannelés
Mit dieser Backform gelingen perfekte Cannelés!Außen gleichmäßig braun und knusprig karamellisiert. Innen schön luftig strukturiert.Sie fallen nach dem Backen geradezu aus der Form heraus. Das ist der große Vorteil gegenüber meinen Kupferformen.Silikonformen habe ich verschiedene probiert, da werden die Cannelés einfach nicht gleichmäßig braun.Rezept: 500 ml Milch, 50g Butter, Vanilleschote, 100g Mehl, 250g Puderzucker, 2 Eigelb, 2 ganze Eier, 2 EL RumTeig 24-48 h ruhen lassen.Die Formen können bis knapp unter den Rand gefüllt werden.15 min bei 240 Grad und dann noch 30-35 min bei 190 Grad
