This is the best gluten free pasta I’ve tried. My best friend has celiac and I used this for homemade macaroni and cheese and this has a sturdiness most gluten free pastas don’t. Usually it turns to mush but even though my recipe had a long cook time, the texture stayed really good. Over all good value for the price.

I love the product!! The 4 stars is because it’s a little pricey on Amazon. I found it at my local store after I bought it here. Yes! I’ve bought it again. For a GF pasta…it’s delicious!!! It’s not mushy and gross. This is one of the best alternative pastas out there!

Although I had some reservations about trying Veggie Craft elbow pasta, given my previous lackluster experiences with gluten-free pasta alternatives, I was pleased to find that it exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed it even more after adding freshly grated Parmesan Reggiano, butter, pasta water, salt, and pepper to taste. A notable advantage of this elbow pasta is its outstanding nutritional profile, which includes 24g of protein, 8g of fiber, and 55g of net carbs. Additionally, it is vegan, non-GMO, low in carbs, and gluten-free. As a veggie-based product made from cauliflower, lentil, and pea flour, this pasta provides a valuable opportunity to incorporate vegetables into every bite, making it a suitable choice for kids.

Too expensive

I like this pasta, it has a high protein content which makes me feel fuller for longer.

Arrived with packaged crushed…macaroni laying in bottom of bag. Expensive! Damaged! Returns not accepted! Furious!

Delicious easy to cook. Made a pasta side dish.
