This glove is perfect for absolutely punishing the heavy bag as it allows for maximum force transfer, all while protecting the hands, knuckles, and wrist.However, I would not recommend sparring with them as the padding is quite firm.

Greats gloves and look real slick. Even better in person that on the pictures.

This pair of gloves have lasted me about a year as I'm writing this review. They've been great for going hard on the bag because of how durable they are, but they're good for sparring too. The velcro on my gloves still feels new, and the gloves themselves have held up very well.Only complaint I had was the padding on the knuckles seemed to be where the extra 2 oz in glove weight ended up. This made the reach on these gloves about a half inch past the 16 oz gloves I have.

These gloves have greatly increased my hand speed and stamina My sparring partners often tell me my punches are different now, I can spar for 8 rounds full strength. I use the 20oz on the heavy bag. I do speed drills most of the time, and setup power punches. The gloves are tight and comfortable, I would strongly recommend ringside 20oz gloves

Parties for my 13 year old nephew, who was just starting out in boxing and wanted heavier gloves to try and get faster. They work great for a while, but after about 4 months they started to tear. The seems are not made very well, so if you use them a lot and hit hard, they will probably not last you very long. Paid a hundred bucks for them, and so therefore I do not feel they were very valuable for the money. Contacted the company after they started to rip, within my warranty time frame and I've still never heard back I have sent multiple emails and tried calling, don't recommend the gloves due to the lack of durability and non-response from the company.

Bought 2 pairs of these for sparring sessions with my cousins and I like them so far.

Great brand

I usually wear 14oz and 16oz gloves. Wanted to try heavier gloves so Ibought this heavy hitter glove to improve cardio and strength on heavy bags. Glove felt heavy initially but was great after warming up. I could punch harder with the attached wrist guard protection. The leather is soft and fits just right with Venum gel wrap glove. I recommend this glove to everyone that is looking to improve your fitness level and strength with heavy bags and sparring.......👍
