Small, easy to swallow cap. Unknown if any benefit but this is the fourth type of zinc supplement I've purchased and the first that didn't make me feel like I was going to throw up so I'm happy with it

I've had marked improvement incorporating this lower amount of zinc in. One of the biggest things with supplementing zinc is balancing out your copper amount. Most zinc I can get at Walmart is over 50 mg! That's way too much zinc for most people unless you've taken a blood test.This 15 mg is perfect with 2 mg of copper.I trust Thorne to be clean and only have zinc and not cut with anything else.This is a must repurchase supplement and supplier!
