Q: Do the seats snap into place? I read several reviews stating the seats fall out and this concerns me.

Seats set into groves. There is a bit of a snap. They removable so kids can rearrange and reconfigure them. Before my daughter got the school set she used these seats on there own as the school. We love it!!

Q: Do all C. Critters fit into the bus seats, or just the baby Critters?

All of the critters fit in the bus. It is bigger than the Nursery bus too.

Q: does this contain Calico Critters and furniture?

No critters but does have lots of school furniture and books, etc.. All very tiny. And you build the books yourself. As well as add the stickers.

Hello. Calico Critter bodies, heads, arms, and legs are non-phthalate PVC, their fur ("flocking pile) is nylon, and their clothes are cotton. Their houses and furniture are made of HIPS, ABS, and non-phthalate PVC.
