The info at the very bottom of the product listing states that this shirt is 29" long. The size 3X is only 28" long and that was reason enough to return it. Being a plus-size woman, the extra inch in length is important for appearance's sake.

Q: Is this shirt solid or would it need a tank top under it?

You would not need a tank top however.... order 2 sizes larger... all my Just My Size Shirts I get at Walmart I get 2x and it's fine.... I purchased 3x due to reviews and after washed WAY too short and too tight.

Q: Is this shirt stretchy? I cannot find t shirts for women that are not stretchy!

It’s 100% cotton with no Lycra and not like all of the really stretchy clingy shirts out there now. Nice weight soft cotton knit.
