Have been using this caddy three times a week for the last three months and cannot identify any negatives at all. It carries my cart bag easily and securely. It is extremely stable on rough terrain and while it has tilted back on the rear stabilizer wheel a few times on steep hills it has never fallen over backwards. The autotracking feature is remarkable! Sent it on it's way and it has corrected for slopes and hard bumps to remain precisely on line to the original target. I make perhaps two or three quick taps to either side over a couple hundred yards run. Strong motors and very effective and stylish wheels and frame.

Excellent item:1 The packaging is carefully done and include any tools you need to assemble the cart.2 Assembling it's easy even for a woman (my case).3 After 10mn on the course, I felt comfortable handling the control remote.So, a product well-thought, executed with care and reaching my expectations.Below my previous review, now irrelevant."Nothing regarding the product, but the delivery between Amazon and Ups is a nightmare. Purchased this golf cart a few years ago...was never able to complete an eighteen hole round of golfbefore this product would break down. Good luck trying to return this product! Cart-Tek managementcompletely uncooperative&unethical. Buyer beware!

A solidly built cart but I find it very jerky in it’s response both to manual mode and especially remote control. I am not impressed for the price.

The court is reliable and runs well. It takes a round or two of golf to get used to how to handle the car. After that, it is mostly effortless.

Pros:1. Adjustable handle and anti tip wheel (if you buy any electric cart, you need these).2. Long lasting battery, it goes 36 holes.3. Pretty easy to fold up into the trunk. Battery is easy to put on and take off.4. People like the looks of it; it’s sleek.Cons:1. The remote is a bit bulky; my friends remotes are thinner and easier to store in the pocket.2. The housing for the remote is worthless. This is where the four-star rating comes from. My remote drops out of the housing when it hit’s bumps. Very frustrating.3. All of these have weight distribution guides; if the bag leans to far one way or another it shuts the cart down. I have a bag with stands, thus, I put it on this cart backwards (legs up). For better weight consistency – for some reason the bag does not slide around as much in this position.Some electric carts have “follow me” mode. Not sure this is wise, I’d prefer a cart that was out in front of me.

This is a great product. I can walk without getting a sore back from pushing a cart. East to charge and operate.

After several years of avoiding walking the course because of back pain resulting from pushing a cart, I can finally enjoy walking the course again. This cart is well-designed, light weight, and fits into the trunk of my small sedan. And, the customer service is outstanding. They answer questions quickly by email or phone. Highly recommended.
