Best vitamins used them for years. Worth buying

Pro: They recommend taking 4 of these daily, but I prefer taking two at a time, usually several hours after taking Magnesium Citrate, Zinc, and Vitamin D3. :You can take it with food or without food and they are fairly easy to swallow in the capsule form. It's also easy to separate the capsules if you prefer to add the powder into apple juice or yogurt. There isn't much taste to it at all so sometimes I do that when I don't feel like swallowing them.Con: None for me, but be aware that some supplements do not work as well with minerals. It's better absorbed if you separate them to get the full benefit of both. Check with your nutritionist and/or doctor if you are taking medications to ensure they won't interact negatively. I eat lots of healthy food, nuts, veggies and fruits in my diet so these are just an added benefit in my daily nutrition.

I use it with MSM capsules. You feel that they work after a couple of days as you start having more energy. I am in my mid thirties and take them. I like that they contain copper, but not iron. The enzymes are also a very nice extra.

Truly an organic fruit & vegetable supplement with produce sourced from pesticide free farms. I tried reaching out to other so called natural vitamin makers through their customer service emails but never received a response when I asked if their produce was sourced from pesticide free farms. Garden of Life website is so informative and feel so comfortable that they are owned by Nestle. With so many vitamins on our store shelves selling synthetic lab created vitamins, and more and more of these ingredients being sourced from China, I’m glad my research paid off. I’ll be a Garden of Life customer for life.

These vitamins are a game changer! I've tried numerous supplements and have never had the results I get from these. First, they are full of all the necessary things a body needs to be healthy. Very few, if any, additional supplements will be needed. Even my regular doctor and holistic practioner (after reviewing the ingredients) have both said to keep using these because they are better than anything they prescribe and doing good for me! My children laugh at me because I call them my "Happy Pills." Truly, when my body has all the nutrients it needs, I find I am calm, peaceful, and so much happier on a daily basis... it's a quality of life bonus! My oldest daughter now takes these for her age group and has found the same results. If you give these a fair shot (take regularly for a month) you will notice a very positive difference!

Great vitamin just keep in mind if you’re taking several supplements this adds four capsules to your regiment.
