Review after one month's use - Go for it

I bought it for my i7 desktop that I built in 2012, replacing my aging twin Barracuda HDDs. These SSDs are truly fast, ultra silent and value for money. If you won't tell Samsung, I dropped one of them while opening the package and it works beautifully with no damage.

Warranty is covered although it shows out of warranty in the samsung website
The drive performs as advertised. I installed it on my laptop, the drive speeds were great for a sata ssd. Only issue was that when I tried to register the product, it showed that it was out of warranty. Then I emailed the issue and samsung officials said product warranty is calculated based on purchase date and the warranty is covered for my unit.

Works well for CCTV
Worked well as my Tapo CCTV system recording media. Save almost 2 month HD videos of 2 cameras.

Best SSD within budget in the market
If u have a very low configuration system this will improve your boot time by a lot, I am running Windows 11 beta build and i am getting boot time of 25-40 seconds with everything installed. I am getting raw read and write speed of 270 MB/s . A SSD sould be put in every system it insanely improves your pc or laptop. 500 GB one should do it if u just wanna work on the device but i got lots of softwares installed so i got the 1TB one and I can confirm the experience is very smooth.

I can say product is OK..in the description it is mentioned that Indian product but on product it is China!!, supplier is misleading buyer. The speed is like before with normal sata hard disc,the speed is absolutely depends on ur computer RAM,CPU.

Fonctionnel depuis janvier 2023
Acheté en décembre 2022 pour upgrader un vieux PC, ce disque SSD m'a fait gagner en espace de stockage et en rapidité au démarrage. Cela fait donc plus d'un an qu'il fonctionne sans problème. Le prix à l'époque était très attractif : il coûtait moins de 60 euros (peut-être lors d'une promotion). Depuis, les prix ont considérablement augmentés mais ce matériel reste une valeur sûre.
