Quick and reliable

After my window switch broke on a rainy day, I quickly searched for a solid replacement. There was tons to choose from but I decided on this. I'm honestly happy with the quality of the switches. The "auto" function actually works which is a huge plus. I do want to point out that although the install was easy, it can be a bit overwhelming if you've never taken apart your car door. I do recommend at least two people for the installation process. Only other con I have with this product is that it didn't match the color of my other switch components in my car but that's totally my fault when ordering I was in such a rush to get my window rolled back up. Overall, a very solid choice of a replacement switch.

The switch installed fairly easy, I had to shave a little plastic where the switch fit into a tight groove on the door panel so no problem there. However after 1 week the windows, all of them don't work. The fuses all tested as good but none of the window switches will work in the switch assembly or the individual swathes on the other car doors. It seems like there's possibly a short in the switch. I have reached out to the seller to see if they can help me, so I'm waiting for an answer. I will update once I resolve this problem. Ok this is the update. The seller allowed a warranty exchange, I received a replacement quickly and had two weeks to return the first one. I installed the second switch and the problem was still there. I took it to a mechanic who found a broken ground wire to the switch where it goes through the car door. Nothing I did and it was not the switches fault. It was pure coincidence that the wire broke when it did. However, the manufacturer took care of me and I am happy with their product and The quick service, 3 days getting me a new switch. This product is also lifetime warranty and I recommend it as the dealer part is $90. Or more.
