This extra large ice pack is great! It has a soft cloth side that is gentle on skin. It has a really long, sturdy strap. The ice pack itself has four chambers to keep the gel from migrating to one end. My husband loves it.

It freezes quickly. Wraps completely around my knee and had a Velcro strap to hold it in place. Perfect for knee replacement surgery.

I bought a lot of ice packs and these are far from the best. I would definitely recommend them.

Because I had spinal surgery, comfort was primary- If you can't tolerate the structure or materials, you'll never use it. The pack is beautifully made, strong, and feels great! I can place a towel to lessen the effect, or flip it over from the velour side to make it colder. My only surprise was that it never seems to get as cold as my other pack does, no matter how long it's in the freezer. But, I don't care. I'm using it all the time.

I really like the fact that it is a two side cold pack. One side is a colder side than the other. I just came had knee replacement surgery, when my old pack sprung a couple of leaks at the seems. The down side is the thime it takes to re- freeze, which is 4 hours or more. I have other packs to swap out during each packs re- freeze time.

I purchased this gel pack for my back. I have only used it a few times, but I am pleased so far. There is a generous amount of gel in each section but the pack is still pliable when frozen. One side is plush and the other is plastic. I like using the plush side as I don't feel I need to wrap it in a towel first. This was the correct size for my needs- I am 5'3" and it is long enough to cover my spine from shoulder blades to lower back, or from hip to hip, depending on the way the pack is oriented. My only wish is that I could remove the strap entirely as I rarely use it, and it would make it easier to get the gel pack into the protective bag to put in the freezer. I ended up using a 2 1/2 gallon Ziplock instead of the bag that came with the pack.

This is pack is SO much better than the smaller ones I had. It is LARGE - covers my whole lower - or upper - back - then can be slid around to cover one side of my body and then the other side. It holds the cold for quite awhile!One proviso - I had a bad fall and can't lift anything heavy - and this bag is quite heavy when frozen. My husband has to cover it with 2 light towels and place it behind my back. The cold comes through just right!ALSO - this large ice pack does not fit in the freezer side of our refrigerator/freezer. We don't want to fold it in half - perfect to keep it flat - so we keep it in our full-sized freezer.Even so, I am VERY happy with this ice pack. It suits my needs and I recommend it highly!

This works well and lasts a good amount of time. My only complaint is the strap is nowhere near long enough. If you are over 150 lbs, it will not go around your stomach. The band does not stretch. So if you are small, it's perfect for you. If you are 150 or over, don't get this one.

I really like this product. I use it while cleaning and while on the treadmill to keep me cool.

I bought these for recovering from hip replacement surgery. I had two in my freezer at home and two in my freezer at work. They're great!

This is a lovely ice pack. Nothing to dislike about it.
