Q: Saw some of these products comments say to not use heavy vinyl pressings, such as 180gm 200gm vinyl, that these cleaners can do more harm than good?

No, Work very well with heavy vinyls too.

Q: Do you use this for everyday cleaning or just occasionally to get out grime and build up?

Clean vinyl when I purchase then apply last. Get's the gunk etc out from pressing and packing. Do same when I purchase used vinyl. From everyday standpoint I use a dry brush and zerostat before playing
