Just got it. Be aware it doesn't come with a power cord.
This arrived today. I bought it because I needed a PC for some personal projects I'm working on, and I figured I'd invest in getting a really good gaming PC. So I bought the unit with the GTX970 graphics card. People I talk to tell me I over spent by $400 compared to building a PC from scratch, but if you're like me you don't want to do that. Some notes, and this rating may change as I keep using it, (I will edit the review) I am satisfied with my purchase. Ran StarCraft 2 on Ultra settings, which is currently the most advance game I own. It all appears to be a beast of a PC.just a few things to take note:-Didn't come with a power cord. I don't know if that's an industry standard, or something but yeah. No cord. Thankfully I had a extra from previous computers, but something to keep in mind.-The unit advertises a overclocked TURBO button. You can actually activate this by the button and by a computer menu. However, my first and so far only attempt resulted in the machine crashing and rebooting like others have said. Just as well, because I don't know enough about overclocking for me to want to do it. Others have said all one needs to do is update the drivers.-There is very little documentation that comes with the unit, or the keyboard and mouse. So if you buy it, make sure you go to the SteelSeries website and download the programs for the Keyboard/Mouse. They work fine with out it, but they have nifty gamer-centric features that you'd miss out on with out it.-If you're putting it on a table, make sure it's sturdy cause this thing is HEAVY.Overall, my initial reaction is I'm satisfied so I'm leaving it at a 4 stars for now. Only losing the star because I really feel like a power cord should come with it, especially at that price. Maybe that's the industry norm and elitist will mock me for complaining, but those people don't buy pre-built. Newbies like me plunging in gaming computers won't know otherwise.

Super Fast with Bad-@ss Looks
The media could not be loaded. Time for an upgrade from my aging old HP Media Center from 2007 which wouldn't boot reliably.. Incredibly fast machine for someone who's going to mostly run Quicken ;-) I just wanted something that wasn't going to be obsolete in a few years. Contrary to what others posted, I found the inside cabling rather organized when I installed my TV card. Keyboard is lighted and full of macros to load popular apps quickly. (I used wireless mouse so can't comment on the mouse included). Nice quality case with cool red LED lighting when you fire up the "Growler" mode..My only complaints are:1. Absolutely no documentation on the system exist. The support website links to a model which isn't even close. Nothing on how to access the DVD Drive, Front-loading Storage (which I didn't even know was a feature), headset hanger or even how to open the case (The latter you CAN find on the website).2. 128GB SSD drive is great for running the OS however be careful you don't fill it up. When adding applications not ALL give you the option to select the D:\DATA drive. Some apps just install to C: which can fill up this drive quickly. The 256GB SSD was another $400 and just not worth it. I'll upgrade it later.3. Only 2 slots available (due to graphics card) which is rather limiting4. The PredatorSense App allows you to manually set the CPU overclocking and fan speed. Not really a big issue, but when you fire up both fans to full speed, it sounds like a jet engine taking off ;-) Watch the video.

An absolute piece of garbage with the worst customer service imaginable!
Problems, problems, and more problems. A brand new computer should not have so many problems! The optical drive doesn't work. The computer randomly shuts down and restarts without any prompting. The computer often won't wake up from sleep (computer comes on, but sends no signal to the screen). The GTX 970 driver keeps telling me it needs to update, but upon updating it my computer completely wigged out and I found that the upgrade is not actually compatible with Windows 10 so I had to go about trying to restore the previous version with my screen flickering on and off and lines jumping all over the place.Acer customer service is worthless. A Google search is more knowledgeable than their employees. The first time I contacted them, it was about my optical drive not working because of a missing driver for the device and their suggestion was to send my computer in for repair in TX for about 4-6 weeks or give it back to Amazon and when I contacted about the more severe issues they told me that they weren't trained to support my computer and that they could not help me!!!!! The customer service of Acer can't help me with their own computer because they aren't trained for it! Seriously?! They didn't even know about the M.2 SSD and tried telling me that the HDD was the SSD drive for my computer. Absolute idiots.I wish I'd have spent some time with the computer before licencing my software to it, because if I hadn't already attached my last remaining license keys of Lightroom 5, CS6 Master Collection, and various other expensive programs that can only be had through a subscription now, I would be returning this computer because it is riddled with malfunctions and annoyances. It looks like a great deal, but I warn you, stay away.
