Does it get rid of acne scars

It doesn't get rid of scars, unfortunately

What can I use to refill the liquid? Mine spilled all over the place!

You can replace the liquid. Fill the bottle with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol. That's commonly called rubbing alcohol, and is available at any grocery or pharmacy. After adding Isopropyl Alcohol, allow your pink stuff to settle back down at the bottom before using.
