Spring Valley - Biotin 1000 mcg, 150 Tablets

I was trying to make my hair grow & was told to try this as a cheaper option to hairfinity. I started with the 500mcg, once a day with a lot of water, after a month & 1/2 I increased to 2 a day then 3 a day till the bottle ran out, then I got this bottle & did the same thing. I a day then 2 a day, then 3. I definitely saw in increase in the growth. I could never get my hair much further past my shoulders but this really gave me some extra length fairly quickly. The downside was all my hair grew faster meaning I had to shave, pluck & dye my hair more often. I didn't notice my hair being any thinker although a friend taking said her already think hair was growing thicker. I did notice that if I did not take with a lot of water or with food. My stomach would feel queasy. My friend also mentioned her nails growing faster but I didn't feel like my nails grew any faster or stronger either. I didn't pay attention before but I have been getting complements on my long eyelashes that I have never gotten before. I will definitely be purchasing again.

I would strongly recommend this product if you are struggling in growing your nails or hair. I’ve purchased this item before but this was my first time purchasing it through Amazon and I love it. I have had a great experience with using these supplements, healthy/fuller hair and my nails are growing so much faster and healthier!

I've been using this biotin for over a month now & slowly my hair is starting to grow again in length. Sadly it hasn't really made my nails grow as fast, but then again I am happy the length of my hair is growing out nicely again. In the past I've used biotin for my hair and nails and during one winter my hair grew out 4 inches in length, which for me does not happen on its own. My hair also looks healthier and shiny with biotin.One bottle goes a long way for me, so I am happy with this purchase. I take only 1 a day, and these thankfully are small just a little bigger than a baby aspirin

I went through cancer treatment and afterwards my hair nails and skin were in terrible condition. these tablets work like magic, but you have to drink alot,alot of water to prevent pimples popping out on the face. My hair was cut extremly short after visiting the hair salon ,it was not even touching my neck,within a weeks time of taking this everyday my mum and everyone around me asked how come my hair touching my neck so fast. It thickens and strengths the hair from roots to end,would continue purchasing,also i am not getting any breakage because i have relaxed hair.

I love taking Spring Valley's Biotin pills. I have been taking them for about three years and I notice when I do not take them my skin and hair just do not look as healthy and bright. When I take a pill a day my nails grow noticeably quicker and stronger. I recommend these to everyone! There are no negative side effects and if you like them and want to continue them they are priced very reasonably.
