These are good, but basically a much safer option than cotton buds.Easy to use and do clean your ears.It hasn't helped with my blocked ear though so I've ordered something else. Recommend for safety.

Only removed small amount of wax and felt like it did not go in far enough. Was very scratchy when twisting as the handle touches the inside of your ear and is hard plastic. Good concept but feels like it needs alot of work.

Flimsy product... The the handle feels really cheap and the tips don't clip on very securely... They are very easily removed with zero effort and while the product is in use... The tip came off in my ear hole!!Also, even though the instructions were followed, no ear wax was removed even after several attempts... I used ordinary cotton buds after using this product and got lots of ear wax out so it was very disappointing and a waste of money!

Got this as a last ditch attempt to clear my right ear after it became blocked for over 4 weeks! (Dont use toilet paper as a point) 2 different ear drops later I find this. Worked straight away! Cleared my ear by putting it in and out of my ear three or four times following the instructions each time removing debris, and finally got my hearing back. Soo happy and grateful! Totally recommended!!!

Pretty much useless, the silicon is so soft it can't make it into the ear canal, the idea behind the design is logical but impractical. If your ears are blocked I would not bother if they're not blocked and you want to remove the smallest particles of dust then this may work.

Whether my ears are particularly deep I don't know ( nothing has ever been said about this before), but the rubber spirals don't touch the ears before the handle edges catch the ear opening and the very sharp plastic edges scratch your outer ear canal.AVOID.

I have a Very sensitive ear and use teardrop frequently. Removing earwax is a challenge for me. This stuff saves my life. It has soft but supportive silicones head which is okay for me ear. And the spiral head get the ear wax out easily. It's really satisfying experience for me to see the ear wax out.

I should have listened to to reviews!These dont work like you imagine. And yes the handle DO cut in as you try to get the rod in far enough.. but it doesnt. And i do not have odd size ears. I think it works for kids.. not adult size.Just don't bother buying them.
