Carrie Hughes Mens Steampunk Bronze Automatic Watch Leather CH240B

i've had this watch for about a week now - nice looking, if a bit bulky; very easy to read.the buttons are very stiff, so i hope they ease up a bit as i use it. otherwise, typical chronograph but with the buttons at the 12 o'clock position, stopwatch style. the leather strap is pretty nice, but i had pre-ordered a NATO-style strap in advance, which i think looks a bit better and matches the overall style of the watch.as to the bulk, well, i am not a big guy, so 'compact' watches are my preference, and at 44mm this one isn't compact in any way. it is also very 'tall' such that it sticks up quite high. i haven't accidentally run it into anything yet, so durability has yet to be determined.

First off it's a cheap watch... OK now that that's out of the way, it works great! I bought this as a work watch for night shifts and it's serving it's purpose. I love the fact it has all the essential info (date, day of the week and time) all easy to read and quickly identifiable. The light up function works great and you can even change colors if you want. The negatives, I can't figure out how to turn it on to military time, yes I read the instructions, which leads me to the next negative, the instructions are horrible and lastly the face of the watch (which is plastic, not glass) scratches really really easily which will probably be the downfall of it.

I received this watch today at noon. The box that contained the watch was very low quality, the watch came inside a plastic bag. The instructions were confusing, first to wind up the watch (which I did and started to work), then in the next paragraph it explained the real first step : turn the crown clockwise 15 times until it feels tight and then wind up the watch. When I tried to turn the crown clockwise it was already tight. The watch seems to be very well made and has a cool look, after 5 hours is working good. But the tigh crown keeps me thinking. I'll keep posting the status of this watch monthly.

The price here is wonderful. The leather strap is the very worst and broke right away but I replaced it with a solid thick Android strap from Wing.It's best point is the uniqueness as soooo many people comment about it. It is a fine addition to my Steampunk collection.

This is the third watch I got from this company had trouble with one. The stem came out and I'm hooping I can send it back to be fixed. The othertwo I had no trouble.. These watches are well worth the money.

Really cute watch for the price is good buy. The band is a real dissapointment,i replaced it with a weekender band and now enjoy the watch very much.

Really cool watch for the price. Definitely is great for a fella who likes to be on the flashier side of accessories.

So far so good, an amazing value I've enjoyed for the short time I've had it.
