excellent for cleaning fret boards, i comes off black on a old guitar i had so i know it does work pretty well at lifting off or polishing out grime.

I'm not sure this is more useful than just pulling a good cloth between the guitar and the strings. The two sections keep separating and have to be reconnected.

With this string cleaner and a couple of drops of string oil, strings don't rust, and play better for longer. I have Seven guitars, each one has it's own string cleaner in it's case. I can recommend this cleaner and string oil combination, it only takes a few seconds to keep your strings in perfect condition. My strings last about Six months from new, with just a quick wipe up and down after each use, before my strings only lasted a couple of months at most before they needed changing.

Does what it says on the box. I've bought this because I wanted to clean my guitar strings as I don't play my guitar as often as I used to, and in between bouts of playing my strings tarnish. This product was packed together with some of my other items I ordered. It came quickly and packaging was good.

handy little tool for what it is to keep your fret board and strings clean and dry after sessions it goes up the board well wont go to the first fret though as its a little thick to get in that gap but all in all for the price its good
