Smead 12 Pocket Poly Project Organizer, Letter Size, 1/3-Cut Tab, Gray with Bright Colors (89207) (Pack of 1)

First off, I love that this is a women-led company! The quality is excellent. I’ve started using this in my elementary classroom, and it has been a game-changer. Each divider has a pocket on both the front and back, and I can easily fit 25 sheets of paper on each side. I use it to sort homework for my two math classes, and it holds everything securely without feeling bulky. The material is sturdy and durable—it’s definitely not something that’s going to rip!

This project organizer folder is perfect for keeping all my documents, notes, and receipts in one place. The multiple sections make it easy to stay organized, and it’s sturdy enough for daily use. Lightweight, portable, and a must-have for work or home projects!

This is a must have for middle and high school students. It helps them organize better then using separate folders or large binders. It lasted the entire school year! Very durable!

I don't know what is going on with some of the reviews on this product as some with photos show a different pocket organizer. I ordered the 24 pocket organizers at the same time and they have the big plastic spiral on them not these shown here. This 12 pocket organizer does not have a pouch in the back that the 24 pocket organizer has, which I think is worthless. But for this review of the Smead 12 pocket organizer I do love. I have one that I keep on my desk that I use for cheat sheet type stuff. I use some of different computer symbols so I keep a printed copy of them in one folder. The others I use for notes on how to use different computer programs and notes. This pocket folder is as shown; no vinyl pouch of back so my folders and papers keep flat. I like how the inside front cover has a folder flap so you can store papers there also. However, I wish the back inside cover had one too. I taped the extra labels to the inside back cover. I used the labels that came with it but only taped them on because I wasn't sure how they would be to take off. I did do a test spot with a permanent maker for labeling and was able to wipe it off; however, I let it dry but didn't let it sit long. I like how the have a clear bottom piece to hold your papers in each file doesn't quite reach the spine, but also the top corner piece on each folder to help hold your papers in. The spine is small metal spine. The folders themselves are a little on the flimsy side and I wish they were a bit more stiff. I do wish they had cover over the metal spine so you could label the pocket organizer for contents while sitting on a bookshelf or on your desk as I have more than one. l am hoping it holds up for my use. Also on the back of mine it states "Pen +Gear". I am guessing that is also Smead. I will wait and see how long they last before I buy more.

This was the perfect notebook for keeping things organized. It is sturdy. The pockets are the perfect size.

These were a life saver for me when I became executor of my parents estate when they passed. So much paperwork and these made it easy to stay on top of everything.

Use this for attendance sheets for my class thin enough but durable. Like the pocket size, it holds well but easy to get papers in and out Daily.I Like front cover that you can insert different personalized cover into it. Like different colors and tabs, easily to grab and use to find page. Folds open easily and can sit half folded on opened page for each class. I just turn the page and have half open with landscape paper viewing each class one at a time. No hard binding to worry about, and spiral doesn’t get caught ( not metal and doesn’t bend.) I also like it has pockets on front and back allowing for multiple things to be open ( both sides showing) or hidden ( had closed/folded over) as you decide how to open and fold on table
