Great for the cost and comfortable for everyday use.
Great for any shoe. Recommended by my sports medicine doctor and it was a great choice. Cannot wear any shoe without it now.

The best!
All of my shoes with no or little support get these right away. I've put these in Hoka, On, SAS, New Balance, Brooks, even Blundstone boots (that took some work), and it makes a world of difference. This, combined with felt lifts, helped relieve my foot pain. Works better than my custom made orthotics, possibly due to the flexibility of the cork bottom. Been using some for over 2 years and none have shown signs of needing to be replaced. Very satisfied.

Best replacement for OEM insoles.
Been using these for at least 10 years. I have 3 pair of hiking footwear and several pair of sneaks. These are in all of them as replacements for the insoles that came with each pair. The metatarsal bump really sits exactly where it should be and provides excellent support for the metatarsal. These are not soft. They are made of cork and mold to your feet over time, or if you are in a hurry, you can put them into the oven at 200 degrees and accelerate the molding process. If you hike, you should have these in your shoes. Period.

Good but squeaky
Comfy and work well but they definitely squeak alot. I tried two diffent pair of shoes but they squeak in both, not bad just slightly annoying. It's definitely the cork because it didn't happen with the previous other material insoles.

Love them but don’t travel with them, sweat on them, leave them in a hot car, or clean them.
I really love these insoles and the way they cushion my feet and provide support. After a multi-week Alaska adventure Involving extensive hiking. Both of the insoles disintegrated in 130 f bedbug Treatment oven. So you can’t leave them in a hot car. You also can’t use any sort of boot Dreyer With them. That kind of defeats the purpose. You wear waterproof shoes they get kind of funky you need to clean them and you can’t!!!It’s really nice you can sort of kind of mold them to your feet, but it’s really not nice to spend $120 on shoe insoles to have that put down the drain when you have to Decon from the bedbugs from your trip.At $60 per pair, they are a horrible value As they don’t last, and they can’t be cleaned. They are fairly thick and will Change the fit of your shoes. They provide good grip inside your shoe for your sock. I loved them until I couldn’t wear them Because they disintegrated After just one trip.I’m afraid I can’t recommend this product anymore.Update 9/28I contacted sole directly (who’s customer service is beyond excellent) and they fixed my issue.

Podiatrist recommended and my feet feel wayyyy better!!!
I have plantar fasciitis on my right foot and it flared up to the point I could barely walk. I wasn't sure if I tore a tendon, but went to the podiatrist. He said I just had some tendonitis as well as plantar fasciitis. He recommended the SOLE insoles so I ordered them (FSA remibursed, too). It's weird to put insoles in the oven, but they have you do that and then you step on them to form them to your feet. They work great!!!! I noticed a change immediately and am about to buy my 3rd pair so I don't have to keep moving them from shoe to shoe.

This cork insole was recommended by my podiatrist and I agree!
This cork insole was recommended by my podiatrist. I had spent years buying much cheaper insoles but they didn't resolve my arch pain. This insole has resolved that. Because of their durable nature, I move them from shoe to shoe so I don't have to purchase multiple insoles. Instructions are provided how to warm them in the oven and then form them to your feet, but if you have higher arches like I do, you can just let the warmth of your foot form them as you wear them. I highly recommend to go see a podiatrist and get evaluated. Do not go to The Good Feet Store. Even their website says "The Good Feet Store is Not a Medical Provider and Does Not Provide Medical Advice".

Provided the relief I needed.
I love my WHITIN minimalist, zero drop, wide toe box shoes. I generally have zero issues with strong healthy pain free feet, but then earlier this year I sprained my foot exercising. I tried rehabbing it for months, but finally went to a pediatrist who recommended moderate arch support for at least 3 weeks. They fit my shoes perfectly, no modifications needed. They provided just enough arch. They are stylish and comfortable. Best of all, my foot has been healing quickly since I started wearing them. I'm going to need them for more than 3 weeks, but they are definitely helping!
