KETO CHOW BANANA - 1 MEAL PACK

Yummy flavor taste like banana as it should rich and creamy!

I started keto just a few weeks ago and I've been super successful so far. Well Saturday was my first outing with friends for lunch and a banana shake was ordered. It looked so darn good. But I resisted. I'd tried other keto chow shakes before and like them but this. This was amazing. I needed to satiate that craving and this did just that 10 out of 10 for flavor.

I LOVE Keto Chow! I have now tried the banana, plus the gingerbread and the pistachio. They are all very good. I made mine with milk and it was like a thick milkshake or pudding. It is a great think to take to work for lunch; very portable and filling. I am going to try every flavor they have (except for a coffee one). This item also make a great afternoon snack.

Easy to mix up, but needs to sit in the fridge for at least 30 min. It tasted alright, but it was very rich. I couldn’t drink the whole thing in one sitting. The banana flavor is light, and it’s more like a buttery flour flavor. Expensive, so I may just keep a few on hand in case I ever get a craving for something decadent.

I mixed my shake powder with milk (same principle as water and a fat). I read my ingredient list. I'm vacillating between 3 and 4 stars. There didn't appear to be any GMO in the product. It was a bit salty for me, so I didn't finish my shake. The next day, I saw that it had swelled up in my blender cup and I had to scrape it out with a spoon. I'm assuming that's what happens in the stomach to make one feel full. These packets aren't cheap. But I wanted to try it for myself as well as a relative. I have a family member with diabetes. I was hoping it was a quick safe alternative for him. I had been using a vegetable protein shake mix in the past.

I was not expecting "amazing" but this was downright rancid tasting. So far all of the flavors of this product that I have tried were quite good. This however has a strong acidic after taste that leaves a burning sensation on the sides of my tongue. I couldn't handle more than a few sips before i tossed it. So far however, first and only disappointment with this brand of shakes. So, this is NOT a review of the brand, just of the flavor.

Love this keto chow. Nice to sip on when craving something sweet on the carnivore diet.
