This worked out perfect to mount a remote Amplifier in our Boat, due to long distance it was nice to be able to run a ground wire all the way to the Amplifier

Seems like jumper cables would be better than these. Flexible. But seems like SKIN EFFECT IS MISSING..

I had bought it for solar use, I had decided to not use it for solar battery purpose.

Used this wire to run power to the back of my 4Runner from a second battery I installed in the engine bay. Wanted something to carry the power back there for a fridge/freezer, rear facing flood lights and a few cigarette lighter ports for a shower pump and an air compressor.Love the feel and quality of the wire. Working great so far.

Held off on running a 10 gauge stearn-bow home run on my fishing boat due to the cost of large guage cooler wire. $20 bucks was too good to pass up, and I got an 8 guage circuit instead as a bonus.

The wire looks good and has good insulation around it, but could not sustain a 30 amp continuous load.I used this to charge my auxiliary batteries in the back of my van at a 30 amp current (for around 4 hours at a time) and the copper inside eventually degraded from the heat (would heat up the whole wire to ~120F on the outside). The wire just kept getting hotter and hotter as more of the copper degraded- eventually started smoking and I had to replace it with 4 gauge.

I used this wire to convert a AC flux core welder to a DC welder. I'm sure this wire will last for a long time. And I still have a lot left over for future use.
