AWESOME Power Post
This is an AWESOME power post - can't believe we could buy this on Amazon! It arrived within 2 days, in perfect condition. There were no instructions included, but my Husband is comfortable doing electrical work, and we also worked with an electrician. High quality steel construction. Love that it has 50 amp, 30 amp and 120 outlets - we can use it for both our 50 amp Class A motorhome or our 30 amp trailer, or can accomodate guests in our driveway with rigs of any size. We installed it with 6/3 underground wire, which we also purchased on Amazon. Great value for the money!

Great for RV pad
Got this unit because it has 50-30-20 amp outlets and breakers. Good quality construction. One cover pivot screw/mounting hole was damaged during shipping, but easily straightened with pliers and reassembled before installation.Ran cable through PVC conduit and set pedestal in concrete after backfilling and leveling. Works as advertised.

Great item with inferior packaging for shipment
Horribly packaged. Great item and price, but the packaging is nonexistent and guaranteed to be scratched, dented, or both... Expect both.

Great value for this type of RV panel
I searched though just about every brand of panel like this and this unit and the TL137US (surface mount model of this without the pedestal) were the best value I could find. The main thing that I don't like about almost all the different brands is how large the panel is.... unnecessarily large. It'd be nice if there were a reasonably priced panel designed to be as compact as possible for this configuration of elements. See the 'customer images' posted with the TL137US model of this product to see what the panel looks like inside. I'll try to come back and post pics myself here later.Unfortunately, this unit didn't come shipped from amazon with a lot of protection and due to the cumbersome size and weight it was slightly damaged when it arrived. I ended up just bending it back into shape rather than calling amazon for a remedy (they have always been good about that when needed). Normally I wouldn't mention shipping issues in a product review but I sort of feel like that will be a common complaint among people who order this through amazon. The unit doesn't come with any instructions either, so you should be confident in your skills to figure out what needs to be done. In the pedestal of the unit you will find heavy duty lugs intended for very large wire -- 2 lugs each for L1, L2, N so that these can be installed in a series loop. So large that I ended up not using them and doubling up my 4AWG wire in the smaller lug that comes down for the wires going into the panel itself. You'll need to dig a pretty deep hole to burry the base. There is a little mark on it to show you how far to bury it.... a good 18 to 24 inches! They also have a sticker inside recommending that you embed it in concrete either at or below grade. I dropped in a bag of quikcrete below grade after running my wiring in PVC conduit. The end install is pretty clean as your wiring and any conduit can come straight up into the pedestal. That was the main selling point for me in this unit. I also ended up mounting a cable outlet directly to the pedestal too. If I had a bit more time I might have tried to run a water line in there too with a hose bib protruding out the front.
