This is one of the best alternatives you can find for the LG Remote at this price. This isn't original, but works great.The only problems I could find are -1. The buttons aren't as soft as the original one's, but its good enough for use. One doesn't use ac remote as much as a TV one, so it isn't problematic in daily usage.2. The room temperature feature doesn't work on the remote, which I think isn't needed either.Overall the remote is great for the price. It was so good that I bought a second one a few days after the first one got delivered(for another AC).

Even though the sent product works (for now), Remote wall mount also sent (though dont use this as much), but ordered looking at the button in center A-Swing , that alters the angle of the AC Wind blade, and many split LG ACs dont have the Plasma function especially not ones bought like 10 years ago, and most people needing a replacement battery will order for older ACs (most having the alternate swing function and not the plasma ionization function) , so now if having to switch the angle of blade need to do with a stick or hand by climbing on chair or something, horrible! Put images of products that are actually in stock and not to lure and bait customers to buy paying (30-50rs more) for something that are available for as low as 250-280/- , paid 300 for this thing and one button (also temperature button does not work) ! One of the biggest nonsense purchases on amazon! Unfortunately electronics category only has replacement option, and reading reviews what if second time receive something that does not work at all, so not going for replacement but definitely giving this review so other buyers are careful!

The Remote is good for the Basic Use, the Finish and the Body is good as well. Just 1 thing that they Didn’t give it with the Stand as mentioned in their Add, this was my Replacement order for the same reason but still again they didn’t provide the Stand.
