TZOE White Oak Wood Color&Black Metal Finish 4-Light Chandeliers for Dining Rooms,Farmhouse Drum Chandelier,Rustic Small Pendant Light

I bought this light specifically for installation with a high ceiling knowing that the length of chain and electrical wire supplied was not enough for my particular application. Prior to purchasing I contacted the seller about this and was told that once the purchase was made they would supply the additional hardware. I followed thru and purchased the light and it was beautiful so I contacted the seller to make arrangements to get the additional components as agreed upon prior to purchase. I received an email requesting my address and phone number and I replied to that as requested and then NOTHING. I waited days for some response and sent several follow-up email messages with no results. This is truly a disappointment since the light fixture is gorgeous and would look spectacular in my home but without the additional parts it was useless to hang in a 20 foot ceiling as is. I gave the rating I did because the actual hanging chandelier is great if your ceiling is standard height but do not expect to get any assistance from the seller, even if it is promised, after the sale. Great product but shoddy customer service and support. I will be returning this since this is unusable in the current configuration for the intended location.Update: days after writing this review I received a DHL package in the mail and inside the package from China were the additional chain and wire for the installation. I had no idea that this coming as there was no communication about this to alert me that this was being fulfilled. Based on this unusual situation I have upgraded my initial rating to 5 star since the lamp is truly beautiful and despite the lack of communication there was follow thru on the promise by the seller. It was a good thing that I delayed making the trip to the UPS store to return.

Really great. Lots of compliments. You sent me 2. Charged me for both. I still have the second one in the box. Too late to send back. You won’t take it back. So I am just out the money. I have no place else to use it. Since you took it upon yourself to sell me another one there shouldn’t have been a deadline. It was your mistake not mine. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This light is beautiful and installs very easily. I would recommned this light. It looks great with my shiplap ceiling.

I'm old and slow so it took about a half hour to take the old light down and install this one. It is just what we were looking for.

I like the look in my entryway & didn’t need the chain at all used the flush mount to hang from the angled ceiling. The rod screw wasn’t long enough & could have had a toggle to hang straight at the angle if it was included.

This light is even mixed than I thought it would be. Looks beautiful in my casual dining room!

It is super easy to install an excellent product 100% recommended
