What are the measurements of xxl please

Forget the size, you should be more worried about what they will send. These are not 100% cotton but are in fact a 60% cotton/40% polyester blend (polycotton) and one doesn't get all the colours as they sent me two awful looking red ones and no black one. These are very poor quality and very poor value, they're even very thin, so I'd advise you look elsewhere and ask your question again.
