It is a wide shackle
I was looking for a wide shackle so I can easily hook up some large nylon slings to a hoist. This one fit the bill and works great.

True stainless!
I used one if these on the bow hole of my Solo Skiff. Held up very well and constantly got sprayed with salt water. It's a true stainless, unlike some other fake products I've seen!

Unbolts with screw in bolt
I use these to put on my Yamaha lumber racks on my truck/shell to hook my ratchet straps to for tie downs when hauling anything. They fit on the round racks perfectly

Heavy duty good quality
I bought these to use with heavy duty lifting straps I use with my tractor. Both are overkill for the weights I lift. I was impressed with these shackles since they seem to be really good quality SS fit and finish for the price.

High quality and well made.
I’m very happy with these. They are well made and mine are definitely made of stainless unlike some other “stainless steel” products I have purchased from Amazon which have been regular zinc coated steel. These are working great for me.
