Great Protective Screen - however who will be using this screen ? (men or children )
I use this screen to pitch to a mens softball team that uses composite bats . The line drives off those composite bats can be reach 85 mph plus so it's a bit insane to stand there risking injury during practices . The screen is easy to put together and the more you use it the easier the process takes . It can be assembled in less than 5 minutes fairly easily and fits inside the included carry bag with a weight roughly 10 pounds . It prevents a wicked line drive from hitting you and that's a HUGE plus however the screen is very light (to allow portability) and when a ball gets drilled it will knock the frame around . So my solution is to bring some weights with me and anchor the front legs of the frame to minimize movement . I use 2- 25lb plates and run the front frame legs thru the weights . It then becomes extremely stable despite guys crushing the ball into the net . I feel safe and the frame hardly moves . For the price it's a must have and has probably saved me numerous liners off the body. If you are using this for younger children you may find it unnecessary to add the weights for extra stability .

I now feel safe during batting practice...
This is a great product! I would honestly give this 4.5 stars if I could. It's light weight and easy to set up by yourself! Was doing batting practice the other day before league games, and a couple of the guys hit some rockets back at me. The screen held up great. A couple when off the polls and there were no issues at all!The only two knocks against this product are that the pegs that are supplied with the screen to hold it down and prevent tipping are rather cheap. At the diamonds that I play and practice the field is well maintained, and I could push the pegs in with my hand, but if the ground is a little firmer (as was our opening weekend), the pegs will bend easily. Not the end of the works as they can be bent back, but sturdier pegs would be nice. The second issue, and this is minor, is that the poles just barely fit in the carry bag. They do fit, but I'm concerned that because it is a snug fit they bag could become damaged over time. I think that if the bag was just a half inch longer that would make all the difference in the world.

Great Product - Great Price - Great Protection
I love this screen. It is very functional and looks/feels great! After reading a few reviews, I was a little concerned about everything fitting in the carry bag. That turned out not to be an issue. Everything fit and carries nicely. I like this I-Screen. Even though it did not come with instructions, I was able to find the instruction video on YouTube. I just wish they had the video link in their production description (this is minor). The net was very easy to assemble and take down. I was truly surprised at how easy it was, took only a few minutes to assemble. We used the stakes to secure the screen. I think the hooks could be a little better if slightly turned but they held the net down no problem. Now my male teammates (the ones with no bat control) feel more comfortable they hit those hard line drives up the middle during batting practice. I placed the screen to the left of the mound (few steps away), I go behind it after I pitch. Makes it easier for me to work the mound.

Really well worth it
Really good net. I did some research and watched YouTube videos to see if it was worth it to save the $40 on getting the I-Screen vs the A-Screen from the same company. I came to the conclusion that getting the I-Screen was fine, and after using it at a couple of practices, I feel like I made the right choice. The key is to make the pitch and then do a little duck behind the net. So if you are a right-handed pitcher, you would line it up slightly to your left instead of directly in front of home plate. Just enough so that the ball won't be arriving at the plate on an angle.Overall, the usefulness of this product is exceptional for kids about 9 and over who can start whacking the ball. You can get up pretty close and do front tosses instead of having to do side tosses. The net took several shots already and worked perfectly. It comes with little stakes you can use to anchor it to the ground, but I haven't had to use those yet. As others have mentioned, it doesn't come with instructions, but there is a setup video on Youtube. I followed this and learned how to assemble it quickly. And you can play games like giving the kids 2 points for hitting the screen on the fly and 1 point for a grounder into it, as we're trying to encourage hitters to use the big part of the field and drive the ball up the middle. The only downsides are similar to what other people say -- the carrying bag should be about an inch bigger so that the poles fit in it more easily, And the zippers tend to get a little stuck at the ends of the zipper track. But neither of these are worth deducting a star for. Love the product and got lots of compliments from assistant coaches and other coaches. Would definitely recommend.

Great product, easy and quick to assemble and quick ...
Great product, easy and quick to assemble and quick to take apart after the game. It's a little wide, would have preferred something narrower. Either way it protects the pitcher very well.

Great product
Easy to assemble, transport and pitch around. The tent pegs included are useless for crushed gravel infields on windy days.

Net works well. Just make sure to wear gloves when assembling after a use or 2 you will get fiberglass shards in your hands. They hurt!
