Each perhaps. The 2 bulbs light up as if it was a single headlight LED when joined together. Super bright... clean the lense so it will max its visibility.

Are these error-free? need them for my mercedes and the other ones i bought were flashing.

The ones I received worked fine. Stayed on when powered, did not flash.
