Understatement Lipliner Pencil - Highly Pigmented Retractable Soft Lip Liner Pencil, Easy to Use Lip Makeup

I use lip liner almost every day and I really like the Milani Understatement Lipliner Pencil, it goes on smooth and does not feel dry. I like the quality of this liner as it does but break while using, long lasting and does look cakey. The color is exactly as pictured.

Holy smokes! This pencil is comparable to May of my higher end pencils. I was truly shocked and will order more. Glides on easily - colors last. It feels like a $30 lip liner. Really good find!

I got several Milani lipliner pencils in different colors. I line my lips and then color them in completely. This lasts all day. I also use a color stay lip vinyl layer on top for a bit of shine and moisture. The combo works very well and looks great.

I love Milani! I feel they have some of the best products for the money! This is a good color cause it goes with lots of lipstick! It’s kind of a deep brown/ eggplant color. The texture Is nice it doesn’t flake or break off immediately. It’s not exactly moisturizing but it feels soft on the lips. It doesn’t have a weird smell either. Would definitely recommend!

I bought this lipliner to use with these two red lipsticks (also purchased on Amazon). It feels like a smooth comfy texture to my inner wrist so I have high hopes it’ll be nice on the lips. I wasn’t sure it would work with the Wet n Wild lipstick, but at least beside each other it looks like it’ll be a nice combo. I use the more true red under my eyes for that trend from a couple years ago (I think? What is time anymore lol) but wanted to be able to neatly use it on my lips as well. This lipliner matches surprisingly well. I’ll try to remember to update when I do a proper wear test. I LOVE this liner!! Had been buying Avon lipliners for years. This brand lasts longer, the color is excellent, and after applying and smudging with my finger, I dot and smudge the color on my cheeks. A twofer! No smell. Not dry. Hope they never stop making!

I am over 40, so makeup must be top quality or the results are not acceptable. This lipliner is the best I have used. It goes on perfectly, the color I chose looks elegant rather than distasteful. I follow instructions I observed on YouTube for application. Results are noticeably sheek.

Color is very bright. Not my favorite because my lipsticks are not bright, so this was a useless purchase for me!
