This is beautiful. It comes in a lovely box with a fabric holder. The lid can be a little stiff to open but I think its because of the rubber washer in the lid..a little bit of cornflour round the neck might help. This would make a lovely gift and for me it has encouraged me to drink more water.

Bought this as a birthday present for my wife and there was a problem with it. The seller couldn’t have been better. Very apologetic and sent out a new one. Excellent communication and the issue was not one created by the seller themselves. Would buy again and recommend.

The bottle is beautiful, the screw base didn't quite fit properly but never affected the use so never returned, I probably should have.I then filled my bottle and the dividing glass in-between the crystals and the water had broken.I only realised when I went to take a drink.I am very lucky I didn't swallow the glass.I am very fed up as the return option has now closed and the bottle was expensive.Please don't let this review put you off buying as it's beautiful I think I have just been unlucky.

Loving the separate partition for the crystals at the base of the bottle. The size allows the use of larger crystals which is great. All glass, easy to clean.
