Great Cod Almighty!
It didn't make me burp funny. It takes a long time to improve vit D levels and everything else in your body chemistry has to be right.. so I didn't expect much, and my expectations were met. I'm buying more because I need the supplement and this has no negative repercussions. Just consult your trusted healthcare provider for proper dosing. Do testing, see where you are, what's going on, etc. This is just 1 piece of a complicated puzzle.

High quality supplement
I've been taking these daily for many months now. The first time I ordered, despite extra padding the bottle arrived broken, but Amazon quickly sent me a new bottle so all was well. Since that time I've never had a bottle arrive broken, and they are always well padded in the shipping package. I did some research when first deciding which Vitamin A / cod liver oil capsules to take, and these looked to be the best. They seem high in quality and like another reviewer, I like that they use a dark brown bottle to protect from light damage. I'm a satisfied customer and will continue to reorder.
