Kingwell Back Posture Corrector for Women and Men - Adjustable Posture Brace for Upper Back Support, Large

I have already tried this for 2 weeks and noticed that when taking off the posture corrector, your posture literally stays straight. I have been going to the gym for awhile now and this has definitely helped secure my muscle growth because I was incorrectly working out with bad posture and this definitely helped as I am more flexible even while doing reps and it is satisfying to look straight ahead rather than always looking down. Not only does it correct your back though, it also corrects the angle of your neck so it is upright instead of arched downwards for those of you who tends to slouch. This is a must if you want to improve your posture. I did see that my shoulders have actually become more pronounced as well. GET IT!

It does work and holds your posture the way it should. But that hard piece under your neck that holds the straps together is very annoying on the lower neck area. If you have lower neck sensitivity then this will be an uncomfortable thing to wear.

Felt like the medium rode up on my back if I tightened it up enough to make it feel effective. Replaced it with the large size. Return was hassle free and replacement was sent promptly. The large feels better but I actually added some Velcro to the adjustment straps and then hook them together just below my chest area. This gave me a better feel without the back riding up. Can see if worn faithfully where it will help with correcting my posture.

I've back problems since teenager due to my boobs size/weight and tried many different products that always left marks, pressed me and on the end of the day let me exhausted and cranky... so far this one is the best! Very easy to put and since day 1 started to align my back. It works as a reminder to your brain to move you shoulders back (in my case I'm always leaning forward) and have a better posture even when I'm stand.Please use for 10min and increase the amount of time as days goes by like others users said. It takes time to your body get used after a life long bad habits, but for me it was relieve from day one (although i got tired with 5min and had to remove it and i heard a big crack after- again i have really serious back problems, my spine is not aligned and also have lordose on top and end of my back).So I'm very satisfied with this purchase and i would say go for it if you need to fix your posture painless.

I purchased to help relieve upper shoulder discomfort, and it definitely helped relieve the disconfort. The only thing negative I found is that the fabric was a little rough at first but got better as worn.

The media could not be loaded.  If your posture is bad for upper back problems, it’s okay. If you have middle-upper or lower-back problems for your posture, then it would be better getting a full back brace that corrects those areas. Comfort is fine, but if you are on the thinner side it doesn’t really fit, even when tightened to the max. If you have long hair, it also catches on the Velcro strap... a lot.

support is fair and does relief pain in upper body. make sure u allow for shoulder size as this area takes all the stress

This product works very well. Keeps you shoulders back and helps you maintain good posture. If you get this product, just make sure you wear something over it or remove the brand name tag before sitting on any expensive furniture. The tag is very abrasive. I sat on our reclining leather love seat for a short time and found out that the tag scratched off the finish. Great product, but they should rethink their Logo tag.

the product didn't do its purpose in my opinion.tried to return it, but got a return label for another country than i was living in. so can't return it...so i guess i am just stuck with this... going in the trashcan't recommend it.
