Been using a hacked together DIY solution with my resistance bands for months.Couldn’t justify spending hundreds on the X3.Casually searching Amazon for an alternative, and came across this bar.WOW. Great quality. Sturdy. Perfect length. So much easier to use than the DIY bar I had been using.Everything zips back up into the travel case when I’m done.Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Very good quality product. Each component that come with it was built with good quality, especially the rubbers. It functions as described. I bought this mainly to train my legs but it end up could do a lot more other exercises. This is especially helpful during pandemic where most gym was closed.

If you don't have the space or money for a traditional weight lifting set, resistance bands are a great option. This set comes in a zippered bag I use to keep it stowed when I'm not using it. The handles are nice too. No real complaints. Would recommend getting the larger set so you don't have to buy the extra bands later.

First of all, this set needs an extra pair of attaching carabiners so you don't have to switch them out so often. That said, this is an okay low cost alternative to working out at the gym. I have a Bowflex in the basement, but I thought these bands might be good to use upstairs while watching TV. They're okay, but understand that, unlike standard gym equipment, you're not going to have back support when you're doing upper body workouts like bench presses or curls, so there's going to be a lot of pressure on your back that you'll have to compensate for. Also, your position for squats will have to be perfect; otherwise expect some back pain the next day (I can vouch for that). Use at your own risk and start slow.

Love the bar. Sturdy and have not had any trouble with it. Can get a lot done with it and the bands provided. Have used it for a month and is still holding strong

I like the way the bar fits in my hands. I do wish the triangular carbiners were a bit wider for wider and thicker bands, but other than that I really like the bar.

The workout bands are an excellent option for a smaller space or "weight set" on the go they take up no space at all and come in a carry bag. The bands are thick and durable and attach via metal rings so you don't have to worry about something breaking and snapping you like you would on other models. There's two thicknesses of band in the set and you can combine them for even more resistance. Very solid quality. 5 stars

I really like this product but wish it came with more resistance bands for stacking.
