No connect code
Everything appeared to be fine until I saw there was no connect code. Any new textbook of this kind has a connect code attached. I paid new price for a used/incomplete textbook. Unfortunately, I cannot complete homework and quizzes online for my class grades. My attempts to contact the company were ignored. Students barely have enough money as is and textbook companies/sellers still take advantage of them. Believe it or not, customer retention is more important than just making the sale.
