This product was purchased for my elderly Mother and couldn't be more perfect! The alarm works great and the pad is attractive and functional. In addition to the product being terrific I received a follow up email from Bill in customer service at VIVE expressing gratitude for my purchase and encouraging me to reach out should I have any concerns regarding this product. I've never received an email like that but can only say that it felt great knowing they cared enough to reach out to ensure my satisfaction. There are a lot of these pads to choose from when searching Amazon and other sites but I could not be happier with this one and the caregivers caring for my Mom say it's a lifesaver. Don't waste money on the others this ones great and really reasonably priced.

Not as advertised. The title says "Long Term Sensor Bed Alarm With Sound Monitor" It does NOT come with a sound monitor nor any form of alarm. It is a sensor only!!!

Floor mat works well to alert caregivers when my mom gets up. This is essential as she is in danger of falling if unattended.
