This thing is super useful. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. It is not something to mess with. There is a learning curve to get through, which is complicated by a dangerously sharp blade. It gets easier to use once you get the hang of it. Highly recommend for experienced cooks.

I just love it! It as good as a metal one, restauraunt quality. Very, very sharp. I have used it several time so far and still can not believe the quality of the product. I very pleased with the purchase and value of this item. The only down fall is it is made in China but what else is new these days.

This slicer is easy to use and has a lot of functions. I bought it mainly to cut the carrots. The carrots are so hard that they have to be cut for more than ten minutes each time, this slicer saves a lot of time, and i don't have to worry about chopping board dyeing. I don't have to wash chopping board and knive after cooking. Btw, I found that cutting onions with it won't make me cry!

I love this product. It comes with a little caddy so you can keep all the pieces together in one place. It is very sharp so using it was a breeze.. One of the best ones I have bought.

Cost vs function this is exactly what I was looking for, the blades are sharp and I do like that it can fold up.on the topic of folding, it's a little weird and I wish it would actually snap together to keep everything in place.

Kinda clumsy to use- I plan on mostly using it to make sweet potato dog treats so it is adequate, but not something I would be excited about using in my kitchen otherwise.

This is a foldable, snap together device. Easily broken. Additionally it only has a very thin slicing blade. I was looking a thicker blade, which was not included. All the other blades are, what I call, gimmick blades. It was immediately returned.

I bought this for our toys for tots in our development, but I am going to get another one because after seeing it I think my grandchildren would enjoy this.

Easy to use....it is replacing one that just didn’t give me the thin slices that I wanted...sliced up the apples perfectly for my pie...love that it folds up and easy to store, even a little box for the blades...I am sure it will get a lot of use

I can make potato chips using this blade and the plain slice blade. Moreover, 6 blades in total, I can deal with different ingredients! I also love that it’s can be folded, save storage space. I would recommend this product!

I really like this little slicer.It folds up nicely for storage and the different blades cover just about any slicing job you could imagine.I have a large Mandoline from France but, it’s heavy and takes up space in the kitchen.This little sucker is light and easy to wash.Happy with this purchase.

Very sharp blades cuts everything effortless. Like the wide channel where you can push through larger vegetables compared to a lot of other slicers that have very narrow channels that can only slice small to medium size vegetables . Easy to assemble and great space saver.

A compact unit with multiple ways to slice, etc. Made of sturdy plastic, which easily fits over a bowl for use without moving. Individual blades are stored in the included sheath and the unit itself folds for storage, if needed or can be stored flat. Beware, blades are very sharp!! Highly recommend!!
