Works with HomeKit, here's how to set it up...
This is a good quality, budget camera that supports HomeKit Secure Video. But to use it with HomeKit, you must set it up using the Eufy Security app. Here’s how: 1. Download the Eufy Security app from the App Store. 2. Create an account. 3. Select the option to Add a device. 4. From the Device Family screen select Wired Camera, then select Indoor Cam. 5. Plug in the camera and follow the onscreen instructions. The app will guide you through connecting the camera to your Wi-Fi network. 6. When you get to the screen warning that there’s no microSD card detected, touch “Skip”. 7. If a firmware update is available, touch “Update Now”. This may take several minutes. 8. Read the mounting notes for your desired location, or touch “Skip” 9. A live feed from your new camera will appear with three dots in the bottom right. Touch those dots, then touch the gear icon. 10. Touch “General”, then touch “HomeKit Portal”. Touch “Add now”. 11. Follow the on screen prompts. You can now use the Apple Home app to customize status and notifications, recording options etc. But it’s important to understand that HomeKit integration requires the Eufy Security app. If you disable Motion Detection in the Eufy Security app, motion detection will not work in the Home app. To avoid getting dual motion notifications (one from Eufy Security and one from Home), In Eufy Security go to Settings and select Notification. Deselect all notifications.

Set up in eufy to port to HomeKit from their app! It works!
Works great and HomeKit included!! If you’re someone who is looking for an inexpensive HomeKit camera, this is about the only choice. The picture quality is great, after swapping it from 2K to 1080p (HomeKit restricts) I didn’t notice any real difference on my iPhone or iPad. I have 2 Logi circle 2s and the last photo shows them on top a Rudy on the bottom. Identical and these were a quarter of the cost. One feature you lose is your 2-way radio, but it’s an indoor cam, who am I going to be talking to inside my house? As far as it being an indoor cam, it works great up against a window. The base sticks out a little bit to have it flush but it still looked great, I rigged a stand shown in the photos so the base would be angled and flush! Just remember to turn of night vision light or the glare will block it. All in all I’m pleased, I can’t complain about 2 cameras that work with all my devices for 60 bucks! For those of you who struggle with HomeKit, you have to download the app and set up the camera completely (skip anything it asks and allows you to such as storage) once it’s on the little settings wheel will show an menu with HomeKit portal and go from there. I turned off notifications from the Eufy app and deleted it from Home Screen just not my phone (for firmware updates) once you switch to HomeKit you videos are controlled through that. It works great and I’d recommend! I wish I handn’t spent the money on circle cameras so far back knowing how inexpensive these were!

Works awesome
I switched home camera brands because my existing cameras were becoming unusable. I am very happy with these so far. They are easy to set up and do not force you to buy the cloud storage. You can put an SD card in, and if you wanted the homebase, they are compatible with that as well. You can use the motion detection, smart detection, differentiate between human and pet for motion, all without having to pay extra, which is awesome. I really like this brand and these cameras so far and recommend them.

Great for the price! - Update: Just be weary if they don’t set up right away.
Great cameras for the price! They definitely live up to my expectations and they make me feel better that I make sure everything is safe at home. UPDATE: One of the cameras that was previously working just stopped working one day. I figured it could’ve been dropped by someone at home accidentally or just a one off, so I opened the other camera I had purchased as a backup a couple of months previously and had not set up yet. When trying to set that camera up right out of the box, it gave me a “Failed to connect to camera” message every time I would try. It was past the return time allowed, so I just ate the cost of that camera and ordered a new one since that is the system we have been using for years and had a good experience with the other cameras we had for years. Upon receiving the new camera, it also would not work right out of the box and also shows “Failed to connect to the camera”. I don’t know if this is a quality issue with a component in their newly made cameras, but neither of the brand new cameras I have tried to set up (as of 2015) have worked at all and I cannot even get past the first step of connecting the camera because the app just shows “Failed to connect to camera.” When trying to send Feedback through the app to contact them, after filling out the entire form and pressing submit, it tells me that there was an error and the feedback cannot be sent. I will be returning the most recent camera I bought and will no longer be a Eufy customer. I no longer trust the quality in their products. TLDR: Be weary of these indoor cameras, they worked when I bought them years ago but the new ones do not seem to work at all and fail to connect via the app to even set them up. Re-Update as of 4/2/2026: Decided to try to set the two cameras up again after several months and Eufy must’ve updated their app or something, because they set up without issue and seem to be working mostly alright, like all of the other Eufy Indoor cameras we have.

Best overall home security cameras
I’ve had several security cameras and these are so far the best ones. The ease of installation, ability to view recordings without monthly fees, video quality and price far outweigh the others. I have now changed my locks, doorbell and cameras to Eufy as these can all be managed on the same app. Also, I’ve added the solar wall and two other exterior lights which also have great quality are maintenance free.

Indoor cameras
I purchased these along with the phone pads, which cost extra, to attach to my windows for 24 /7 Recording through the window to the outside. They work like a charm! I love these cameras. They work with an SD card also or you can record to cloud. They simply plug in the wall and attach them to your window to look out and record or use them indoors for a babies room or whatever! They work with an app, but they record 24 seven onto an SD card. If you’re attaching them to your window and turn off the infrared light! That’s important otherwise you’ll see red lights at night reflected on the glass. They’re wonderful cameras with a lot of options . And the best price is there affordable!

Horrible App on IOS. NOT RECOMMENDED
I purchased two of these cameras to monitor the litter boxes. It's pretty simple. Record any motion and let me review activity. The devil is in the details. The first problem was that even though the C24 is supposed to support Homekit directly. When I opened the box, the camera didn't have the Homekit logo. That requires you to use their app. You can connect the app to Homekit but you lose some of the features like viewing the recordings on the SD card. That might be Apple's fault. There's a reason almost no one supports Homekit while they all support Google and Alexa. The second problem is the app itself. It only allows you to login from one device at a time. We've multiple iPads and iPhones and whenever you logon to one, it logs off the other. You have to enter the password every time you switch devices. The app also requires caps, numbers and symbols in the password. That makes it much more difficult to enter on the IOS keyboard. To make matters even worse, it pops in a captcha code that you have to enter in. On IOS it's really difficult to get the keyboard to come up. You have to very carefully click on just the right spot. It takes multiple tries every single time. Even worse, the letters on the captcha are so distorted that it's impossible to read. The little icon that lets you display a different set of letters also doesn't work most of the time. Once you get past that you have to deal with a buggy app that doesn't show the events correctly. When we got up, we saw an event from 3:12am. We watched it for a bit then checked some of the settings. When we tried to watch the event again it was gone! Just not in the list at all. Later when we checked the camera from a different iPad, it showed up again. It's also missing features like fast forward or reverse. All in all, trying to use these camera's is an exercise in frustration. It's poorly thought out and full of bugs. It's not worth wasting any time on.

1,000% worth your money!
I genuinely could not recommend eufy products enough. I have had the doorbell camera for many months and I ordered these two because we're having extreme problems with neighbors. The setup, the operation, all flawless. I am thoroughly, thoroughly impressed with their products thus far and if you knew me you would know how extremely hard it is to impress me this much especially with technology. I actually look forward to buying more eufy products!!! THANK YOU EUFY!! The camera quality is a 10, the technological quality is a 10. You also don't need the home base if you don't want it! Each camera has a slot for their own memory card. As always, NO MEMBERSHIP NEEDED. 10/10 would recommend every time.

Nice indoor security camera system.
Have been really impressed with this indoor security camera system. Despite being compact in size it produces good image quality, working well with the Eufy app. Been impressed with both the night vision as well as the motion detection being sharp and snappy. Pretty much does everything I want the only thing that I found lacking is the speaker that this camera has. So the microphone is clear, but the speaker itself is very quiet. This camera does have the ability to sound an alarm when motion is detected but it's not good enough in terms of scaring away anyone. As a result, I found that the two ways talk system doesn't quite work well with this camera because it's quite difficult to hear. But other than that perfect security camera system for my needs but obviously if the two way talk and speaker is important for you then maybe another option would be better. Hope you found my review helpful.

easy to set up, good quality
Very easy to set up, only complaint is they cannot link to my Euphy Homebase so you have to change their security mode separately

Excellent product but pricey here.
Works with Apple HomeKit. No pan tilt function. Price is too high here. Excellent service from seller. Called to find if I am satisfied with the product.
