The car phone mount I purchased from an offline store stopped working after less than 6 months of use. I often use my phone to take important calls while driving and I had to look for an upgraded car phone holder. After comparing several brands on Amazon, I finally bought this VANMASS car phone holder. Not only does it greatly enhance my driving safety, but it increases my car match as well.I love the swivel design of this suction cup. Very modern, and unlike any suction cup. It's amazing. All you have to do is place the suction cup on a flat mounting surface. Then, rotate the suction cup to the LOCK logo in one second and the suction cup is firmly fixed to my windshield. Stylish design and simple installation!However, it is worth noting that the seller does not recommend using it on the windshield during the summer months, as they reminded me in the after-sales email: In extreme summer heat: Please install this suction cup away from direct sunlight, such as the dashboard or air vents.Perhaps it is this unique design that causes this suction cup to be so strong. It is firmly attached to my car's windshield without shaking or slipping. As well as my daily commute, I took my phone on long trips where it remained firmly in place despite bumpy roads. Unlike other mounts, I've used in the past, whenever there is a bumpy road my phone will shake.Another incredibly helpful feature of this mount is the adjustable drop-down bottom and clip arm width, which allows me to use it with different phone sizes. My wife has a small phone, and the holder adjusts easily to fit her device.It also allows me to easily switch between landscape and portrait modes, depending on the app I'm using. It's also very easy to insert and remove my phone from the holder with just one hand, which is a big plus when driving.Overall, I'm pleased with the car phone holder. It's a high-quality product that does exactly what it's supposed to do, and I feel confident that my phone is safe and secure while driving. If you're looking for a reliable phone holder for your car, I would definitely recommend trying this one.

These folks deserve a real shout out for great follow through and customer support. The cell phone holder was easy to install and the quality is excellent. Took an 8 day trip from New Jersey to Virginia, to North Carolina to Williamsburg, Va to DC, then Baltimore inner Harbor and never a glitch in May. We get to June, the car is outside, the temps start rising and one day, due to so much heat in the car the holder releases.At this point it is good to note that the mounting surface is a 2025 Hyundai Tucson with a pebbly texture.Asked the manufacturer if there was anything they could do. They asked for pics and a description of the problem. Back comes the answer that they have a special base that adheres to a not smooth surface. It arrives, we install, and everything has been perfect for over a month with temps in the 90s, the car closed, all perfect!!!!

Excellent product! My son had this for a few years, and it worked great. It somehow came off his dashboard, and stuff got stuck to the bottom, making it unusable, and he asked me to buy it again, because he'd liked it so much. Works great for iPhones, doesn't vibrate, has good angle options, and hold well.

At first, I had the standard clip that comes included in the purchase. The holder would fall off every time I hit a bump or pothole or even had to avoid another vehicle.Customer support, Apricot, reached out to me and went above and beyond in solving this issue. She sent me their “military” clip which is metal and has a hook on the end, and can be adjusted in length, that will fit any size vent. Such a brilliant solution! It worked perfectly in my 2015 Chevy Cruze but because it is adjustable and you tighten on to your vent, it does not move or fall off. Not once.The customer support team at Vanmass is incredibly responsive and truly want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a STURDY, ADJUSTABLE, even BEAUTIFUL solution for holding your cell phone!
