I've been buying splints for over 10 years, I've had splints provided by NHS but these are the best. They fit well, they are made very well and obviously good quality material and manufacture. They are very comfy and supportive but not too rigid so they don't hurt or rub. I was so impressed I bought another one even though they are for both hands I was so happy with them I wanted two to wear at the same time. Thank you. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It's easy to put on. But only keeps your thumb imobile to just under your knuckle. It moves around your wrist, unless done up really tight. But if done right it presses on your carpal tunnel. So between my basal thumb arthritis, and my carpal tunnel. I need to find a better splint. Though it's helping better than nothing. It would be great if it was only my thumb.

This was used ten weeks after basal joint thumb surgery. It was used to replace a larger and more rigid splint previously worn and fitted by the consultant. It enabled a return to using the hand for certain tasks such as driving without risk of any damage to the thumb and site of the surgery. I purchased two of these, one to use for everyday tasks and one for sleeping. Eventually they were removed for longer and longer periods of time during resting and physiotherepy excercises. Care with the wrist velcro needs to be taken as it can create stitch pulls on the edges but this does not detract from the product use. The surgeon was happy for me to use it. They are comartable to wear, easy to fit and give very good thumb support.That's why I have given it five stars.

Excellent product.I had painful trigger thumb, I wore this for about a month and my trigger thumb has now gone completely.The brace is washable.

I have trigger thumb and tendinitis so it’s ideal to try and restrict movement

Easy and comfortable to wear and has helped with easing the pain in my thumb.

Item arrived promptly . Bulky but comfortable . I have severe pain in the base of my thumbs and find it very hard to hold heavy kettlebells and dumbbells when training . Did help when using kettlebells in the gym but only used once so can't say any more at the moment . Time will tell. After further use these have not helped as a much as I hoped .
