Can this be used to make crepes by heating in a nonstick pan? Some tapioca flour does not bind together when heated this way.

yes... they look like crepe, but they are Brazilian tapioca.... always place them in a pan with teflon and very hot so that the flour adheres. Stuff and enjoy.
