The fit is OK but after about five minutes of waking they slip out of place .

When opened the package it felt great, and I had thought that I found what I needed to easy the pain in my heels (I have heel bursitis).Unfortunately, could feel all the “goodness” of it as it moves around the shoe. Tried in several different shoes-same result, within seconds they twist around and end up in the middle section of my goes or just sit perpendicularly beneath my heels. :(

Useless bought better and cheaper from local discount store.

These caused more pain than anything else as they wouldn’t stick to the inside of my shoe so I’d end up walking on the ridge whiling was really uncomfortable
