Great rye grain for my sourdough
I now buy in bulk so that I can mill my dark rye flour for my sourdough bread when I need to, and not worry about running out of food for the winter if tshf.

Not worth it.
Bought for mushroom spawn. Opened bag to see mildew like substance. I found they product became extremely slimey. Possibly a result of humidity problems or fermentation while being stored. When arising issue amazon noted it cannot be refunded ๐ฎโ๐จ
